Welcome to Adamson Middle School!

New Student Registration for 2018-2019 school year begins Monday, July 16. Enrollment hours are 8:30am-11:00am or 12:00pm-5:00pm each day. To expedite your process, please bring the following documents with you:

___Student's State Issued Birth Certificate

___ Student's Social Security Card

___ Student's Georgia Certificate of Ear, Eye and Dental Screening Form

___ Student's Georgia Immunization Record Form 3231

___ Parent or Legal Guardian's Valid Identification

___ Two Proofs of Residency - all proofs of residency must be in the parent's/guardian's name and dated within the past two months.

• Mortgage Statement
• Lease/Rental Agreement
• Property Tax Bill
• Current Utility Bill  

Note: When an Affidavit of Residency is used, the proofs of residency must be in the homeowner's name.
