Daily Sign-Out

A student will only be released to a parent who has custodial rights or to an authorized adult. A child cannot sign out from the program and walk home.

Site Coordinators are to be notified in writing of any change in routine school departure procedures.

Children are to be signed out daily from the Campus Kids center. If there is an unusual restriction as to a parent not being allowed to visit or pick up a child, the guardian must note this on the registration form or direct the Site Coordinator in writing as circumstances change.

Liability

Liability for personal injury is not accepted by the Campus Kids (After School),  the Clayton County Public Schools, or the Clayton County Board of Education. Campus Kids will not accept responsibility for personal effects that may be lost, stolen, or traded.

Tuition and Fees (Subject to change)

Affordable tuition enables families to take advantage of our Campus Kids (After School). A $15.00 non-refundable registration fee per year is assessed for each child enrolled in the program.

Tuition will be a flat rate of $40 per week per child.  No fees will be prorated for individual days, except for weeks in which students do not attend school the entire week (teacher workdays, holidays, etc.).  A $10 per day drop-in rate is available if tuition is prepaid on Friday for specific days of the upcoming week.

Tuition is due on the last scheduled school day of the week by 6:30 p.m. for the upcoming week.  Tuition not received in accordance with the tuition calendar, a $10 late fee per child will be added to the tuition rate and must be paid by 6:30 p.m. on Monday.  No tuition payments will be received after Monday each week (or on Tuesday following a scheduled Monday holiday).  Parents will receive written notification of non-payment and suspension of the student for the remainder of the week.

Hours of Operation

Campus Kids will follow the same schedule as the school system calendar and will be open all days that schools are in session. The program will not operate during the Semester Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, teacher workdays, and designed holidays. Programs will not operate on days that school is canceled due to inclement weather, other emergency closings, or days that may be adjusted for early dismissal from school.

Middle School:

The program will operate Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. until  6:30 p.m. This program is not available at all middle schools. Please check with your child's school for more information.
