Hello and welcome to 8th grade,

I am thrilled and honored to serve as a Eight Grade Social Studies teacher at Adamson Middle School.
 
I am a veteran teacher, my career in education began in Griffin Spalding School System (2000-2002). After leaving Griffin, I pursued my teaching career in Bibb County School System (2002-2010). Currently, I am a eight grade teacher in Clayton County School System
( 2011-present).

I matriculated a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work and a Master of Science in Middle Grades Education from Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, GA. Afterwards, I further my education  by earning a  Specialist degree in Supervision and Administration from Lincoln Memorial, Harrogate, TN . I have taken numerous classes for my Doctorate at Northcentral University, Prescott, AZ.

I am married to Bennie Nelson and the mother of two children, Sage and Kai.  I look forward to an outstanding year of teaching and learning. Let's soar, Indians!!!
