Discipline Plan

• 1^st offense: Verbal Warning

   

• 2^nd offense Loss of Privilege (Silent Lunch). You will be required to fill out a reflection form.
  • This may include seat change, time-out, call home, note home, silent lunch, etc

     

• 3^rd offense: Detention

   

• 4^th offense: Parent Conference

   

• 5^th offense: Office Referral
• **Each offense will be documented on each students discipline framework**
• **Parents will be called or emailed for after 2^nd offense**
